God is the ultimate storyteller and divine artist. As His image-bearers, we have the ability to reflect His creativity in the world around us. And as believers, we're tasked with the responsibility to steward our creativity in a way that brings Him glory.
We're not aiming to simply produce beautiful things—we want to create works of art that highlight the majesty of God. Every design, worship environment, film, media, and song is crafted with intentionality by the six teams that form Austin Stone Creative.
But we don’t want creativity to flourish in our team alone. We want to extend opportunities for creativity to be nurtured within the church because we believe God values beauty and is delighted when we join with Him in bringing radiance from ashes.

The Communications Department oversees all internal and external communication at The Austin Stone. They serve the church and staff by crafting clear, concise, and compelling communication, ultimately aiming to help people respond to the Holy Spirit's prompting and take their next steps of obedience to Christ.
The Creative Department comprises three teams: Design, Film, and Photo. This department collaborates to produce graphics, physical signage, digital assets, short films, explainer videos, and photography that coincide with sermon series and opportunities at our church, in hopes of moving people toward Jesus.
The Creative Support Department serves all congregations of The Austin Stone by helping implement creative projects. This includes assisting with congregational environment and signage installs, implementing church-wide liturgy elements, and producing music projects to inspire and encourage our church.
The Production Department supports and serves all six congregations of The Austin Stone through creative and skillful use of technology. They tackle many projects that include high-level problem-solving, from Sunday worship environments to special events and seminars, all to create a space for people to worship without distractions.
The Worship Support Department serves all congregations of The Austin Stone by recruiting and developing worship residents, volunteers, and staff members to help lead our people in corporate worship. From Sunday morning gatherings to special events, this team crafts set lists and liturgies to turn people's hearts toward Jesus.
