Our North Congregation was founded in 2015 on the desire to be an authentic people with a heart for sharing the gospel throughout our city and the nations. While a lot has changed in the years that followed, that passion remains true today. Our hope is to be a place where people can belong, connect, and be led for the flourishing of God’s glory.
Whether you’re a single professional, a new or seasoned family, or an empty nester, there’s a place for you here! We host worship services, equipping opportunities, community gatherings, and more to create welcoming spaces where people from all walks of life can come together to worship Jesus.

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Each Sunday, we host programming for children 8 weeks old through 5th grade at 9am and 11am. Our thoroughly vetted and trained volunteers provide a safe and fun environment for kids to worship Jesus in a large-group setting and learn about the Bible in a smaller group. And for nursery-aged children, we provide a caring space where they are prayed over and cared for during services.
Rather than meeting on Sunday mornings, we encourage students in 8th through 12th grade to integrate into the life of the church body. Whether by worshipping alongside their parents or friends, sitting under the teaching of elders, or serving in other areas of ministry, we want to empower students to love the church!
High school students gather weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm at our North Campus for food, fun, worship, gospel teaching, and DCOMMs (Discipleship Communities) during the school year. During the summer months (mid-May to the end of July), we don't meet on a weekly basis.
On Sunday mornings, our 6th and 7th graders meet for a time focused on building community, having fun, and establishing firm foundations of faith in the North Campus Annex.
Middle school students gather weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm at our North Campus for food, fun, worship, and gospel teaching. Middle school DCOMMs also meet during this time!

We’d recommend attending one of our Discovery events which take place throughout the year. At these quick gatherings, you’ll have an opportunity to meet our pastors and elders, hear more about The Austin Stone, and ask any lingering questions you may have!
If you’re looking for community, we’d love to get you plugged into a Group! Each semester, we offer a class that outlines what it means to be invested in a Group at The Austin Stone. You can stop by our Connections area on Sunday mornings to get more information.
Throughout the year, we host a Connect Class which is designed to connect you with others at the church and form new groups. If there isn’t an upcoming Connect Class, you can reach out to Ty Kindermann—he’ll help you begin the connection process.
Yes! Our Kids Ministry has programming available for newborns through 5th grade. Upon arrival, follow the signs to the Kids check-in area. If you need any help, find a volunteer wearing a Kids Ministry shirt—they’ll point you in the right direction. Because of our commitment to safety, you’ll check your child(ren) in using our check-in system. If it’s your first time visiting, please plan on arriving 30-45 minutes before the service to check your little ones in!
We also have a Students Ministry that hosts a service for middle schoolers focused on building community, having fun, and establishing a firm foundation of faith!
We don’t currently have live interpretation, but our South Congregation does offer live ASL interpretation during their 9am service each Sunday! We also post each sermon online with closed captioning.
