The Austin Stone Development Program
The Austin Stone Development Program is an eight-month program dedicated to Christian doctrines and spiritual disciplines. It employs cohort-based learning, along with homework and regular assessments. By learning and practicing to share what has been taught, participants graduate from ASDP with the confidence and humility necessary to hav conversations and lead lives that honor God and bless other people.
Writer Development Program
The Writer Development Program is an eight-month program for writers and any person desiring to be a more effective communicator. The program features cohorts, lectures, in-class writing practice, and critiques. It also relies on cross-training, meaning people will practice different kinds of writing, from essays and short stories to liturgies and screenplays.
Teacher Development Program
The Teacher Development Program is a ten-week class that prepares people to teach the Bible with confidence, humility, and excellence. The program includes lectures, but is primarily focused on practice. Participants teach several times throughout the class period , and receive feedback from a dedicated coach. Upon completing the class, participants can move into apprenticeships and other appropriate roles to continue developing the skills they have gained.
