What is Facilities at The Austin Stone?

We’re a team of individuals who are passionate about making sure that the physical spaces God has entrusted us with are well maintained. Whether it’s making sure that a room is physically ready to host people or leasing out spaces in our buildings for local nonprofits, we want to ensure that the tangible gifts we’ve received from God are being stewarded and cared for wisely.

What We Do

We work to maintain Austin Stone buildings, schedule any needed resources, and help plan building projects. We work with partners, internal ministries, and external organizations to ensure that the physical spaces our church calls home are welcoming, safe, and beautiful.

For the city center

Located in Central Austin, our For the City Center has a 680-person, multi-use auditorium, three large multi-use rooms, and five smaller meeting rooms.

northwest campus

Located off of 620 in the Canyon Creek neighborhood, the Northwest Campus has a 832-person theater-style auditorium, three large multi-use rooms, and three smaller meeting rooms.

West Campus

Located off of Capital of Texas Highway in the Lost Creek neighborhood, the West Campus has a 500-person multi-use auditorium, two large multi-use rooms, and two smaller meeting rooms.

North Campus

Located in Round Rock, the North Campus has a multi-use 515-person auditorium and one multi-use room.

Are facilities available for use by Austin Stone Partners?

Yes! One aspect of our ministry is to help our partners celebrate life’s milestones by opening our facilities for general use. We’ve intentionally set up our pricing model to care for the partner renting the space as well as making sure we’re stewarding our resources well. The price for a space typically includes overhead costs, janitorial services, and security resources.

What facilities are available?

Our physical campuses (North, St. John, Northwest, and West) have auditoriums and a variety of meeting spaces available to book. 

Each campus is configured differently, so please consult with one of the building and events associates at [email protected] to see which location might fit your request best.

What types of events can be held at our facilities?

The Facilities Team has hosted partner weddings, choir concerts for local schools, and nursing pinning ceremonies for a local university amongst smaller meetings, celebrations, and groups.
