Debbie and Bobby Kopetsky built their home on Amen Corner Road in Pflugerville, a neighborhood that, like most, lacked a sense of community. The Kopetskys knew their neighbors’ names and faces, but they didn’t know their hearts. Obedient to the Lord’s calling, they began knocking on doors, inviting people over for dinner, and reading God’s Word with them.
As the residents of Amen Corner shared their stories of pain and loss, they grew close. They forged steadfast relationships built on the foundation of God’s Word and leaned on each other for support. Unbeknownst to the Kopetskys, God was building a family of believers that would help them withstand the heartbreak to come.
