Education & Experience

Christine received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and her Masters in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theology Seminary. She first started counseling at The Austin Stone Counseling Center in 2016 and is a firm believer in the need to tell our stories in and out of the counseling room. Our stories matter because God’s story matters, and it is in telling our stories that we have the opportunity to see His work in our lives. She believes that God has graciously given us His Word to address the things that come up in counseling while also giving us psychological evidence and theories to supplement what He has already deemed entirely sufficient for us. She seeks to incorporate both beliefs into her theories and methods, and her greatest desire is that you would encounter the Lord through the counseling process.
