Angelique earned a bachelor's in English (emphasis in writing) from the University of Florida and she completed her master's in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. Angelique is also a Certified Biblical Counselor (Level 1) through the Association of Biblical Counselors. Prior to entering the counseling field, she worked for many years as a trainer and instructional designer.
Angelique has experience in racial injustice and racial identity issues, insecurity, depression, anxiety, addiction, post-abortion healing, grief, and loss. She also works with dating and married couples. Angelique believes that as people encounter the abounding grace, gospel, and person of Jesus, heart change takes place and results in transformation from the inside out.
Angelique is a native Floridian who moved to Texas in the fall of 2014. She enjoys sharing a good cup of coffee or tea with others, watching classic movies, reading, walking, and photography.
