Join our book club with other women at West Congregation this summer! We'll read Corrie Ten Boom's The Hiding Place, a powerful true story of courage, faith, and resilience. For five weeks, we'll explore this memoir together and meet three times during the summer to connect and reflect.
About the Author
Corrie Ten Boom was the first licensed female watchmaker in the Netherlands and became a courageous member of the Resistance during World War II. She and her family risked everything to help Jews and underground workers escape the Nazis. In 1944, she and her family were betrayed, arrested, and sent to concentration camps.
Her story is one of unimaginable hardship, yet unwavering faith—a testimony that even in the darkest of places, God’s love shines deeper still.
