Education & Experience

Emily received her bachelor's degree in 2015 from the University of North Texas in Denton. In the years following graduation, she held various positions in the mental health field, including a Recovery Advocate in a transitional living facility and an Intake Coordinator and group facilitator at a detox facility. These roles grew a deep desire in Emily to help those with addiction and mental health issues.

Emily is a master’s level intern at Midwestern State University, completing her academic requirements as she pursues a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.

Interests & Specialties

Emily works with adults with a variety of needs, including addiction, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health struggles. She also has experience working with men and women in the midst of crisis.
