Education & Experience

After receiving her master's in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University, Leslie worked as an associate psychologist with at-risk families in several rural counties. From there, she worked in a variety of settings but mainly private practice. Leslie has worked with individual adults, adolescents, college students, families, couples, children, and groups. Leslie has been LP-certified since 1998.

Interests & Specialties

Leslie enjoys working with clients to find a sense of identity and purpose and, most importantly, real peace and joy through Jesus. She's dealt with many issues including anxiety and depression, grief/loss, trauma, self-harm, abuse recovery, empty-nest struggles, life transitions, relationship issues, shame/guilt, aging issues, college journey, and child-parent relationship struggles. She enjoys working with parents on improving parenting skills and communication with their children. Mostly, she likes sharing the hope that comes only from Jesus. She sees clients ages 17 and older.
