Speaker Bios
JR Vasser
JR Vassar is the founding and lead pastor of Apostles Church in New York City. He and his wife Ginger have three children and make their home in the Upper East Side. As the Lead Pastor, JR oversees the leadership community of Apostles and is responsible for the strategic vision of the Church, leadership development and most of the teaching.
Todd Ahrend
Todd Ahrend leads the International Branch of The Traveling Team’s ministry with his wife Jess. Todd graduated from Northeastern State and was campus minister at Tulsa University and Jess attended Moody Bible Institute for Biblical Studies. They have served overseas in India and Papua New Guinea and have lived in the Middle East.
Matt Carter
Matt is the founding and lead pastor at The Austin Stone. Matt cares passionately about seeing Christ-followers live with a sense of mission and wants to see the church work actively for the welfare of the city, for the fame of Jesus. He and his wife Jenn have three children and reside in Austin, TX.
