A "Leader Lesson" from Christopher L. Frank, or "Frank Frank" as we all know him.

I remember moving to Austin about a year and a half ago trying to figure out what life would be like, and what ministry would look like, now that I was away from college.

I had just spent the past five years heavily involved with Campus Crusade for Christ (including the final year on staff with Cru). I loved it, every minute of it. God grew me a ton, too. But there was something about college ministry that seemed so yesterday - so 2008 - and I felt it was time for a change.

I had originally wanted to be involved with the film team here at the Stone. I had heard a sermon where we were encouraged to ‘get in the fight', and I knew it was time for me to step up and start serving. The film team seemed like a great fit, considering I wanted to be a screenwriter.

A "Leader Lesson" by Dave Beirn

With our rapidly changing culture demanding more and more of our time, money, and energy, it's easy to lose perspective on things. Most of us mean well and have great ambitions for our lives, but very often get lost in the pile of our own busyness. As parents, finding those pockets of time each week to disciple your children may seem like an overwhelming task. And aside from having the time, the world we live in has become so increasingly difficult to compete with that many parents may even feel a sense of defeat. With this in mind, I want to encourage you by saying that you are not alone. There are people, brothers and sisters in Christ at this very church, who desire to partner with you in your endeavors to lead your children toward a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.

Your child's small group leaders in KidStuff care deeply for your children, and passionately desire to see them know and pursue a relationship with Jesus Christ. Know that  KEEP READING
