Hanna is a close friend of Don, Stern, and Casey. She helps out the detective agency however she can. Since she was the last to join the team, she's officially the receptionist/administrative assistant... though sometimes she figures out the mysteries before the others can! In that way, she's kind of like Penny from Inspector Gadget. She helps keep the team focused, and makes sure they never give up.
