Here’s the bottom line: Christian ministry is ALL about making and multiplying disciples of Jesus. No matter if you work with kids, with the poor, in the marketplace, on set up and tear down, in your missional community…. your job is to make and multiply disciples.
This is not just about the “Great Commission”. This is about the entire life of following Jesus. After all, Jesus modeled this for us. Think about it: he spent 3 years of ministry investing in 12 guys. These 12 guys then invested in others. This cycle continued. An voila, the world was changed.
