First Tuesday: Join us this Tuesday at First United Methodist Church (12th and Lavaca) at 7PM for our monthly church-wide time of prayer. HopeFest is next Saturday! On October 10th there will be a day of celebration at Reagan High School that will be an opportunity to give people in the neighborhood a hand-up with things like health screenings and resume help. This day of celebration will launch two months (September 26 - Thanksgiving) of service opportunities in the neighborhoods around Reagan High School. We are still in need of several hundred volunteers. Tell your missional community and sign up together to volunteer here!
Prayer is one of the things we know we should be doing, but often it gets pushed to bottom of the priority list in our own lives as well as in our missional community.
