November 9 Road Closures

The Run for the Water will cause major road closures near and around Austin High School this Sunday. See the map below to avoid getting caught in race-related road closures on the way to The Austin Stone's worship services this week.

Directions from MoPac:

  1. Exit Cesar Chavez/Lake Austin Blvd. Head west on Lake Austin
  2. Take a left at the first traffic signal: Veterans Drive
  3. Follow Veterans Drive around the curve as it turns into Stephen F. Austin Drive
  4. Arrive at AHS

Directions from I-35:

  1. Exit 6th Street
  2. Take 6th Street to Lamar Blvd.
  3. Take a left to head south on Lamar
  4. Take the ramp from Lamar to Cesar Chavez
  5. Arrive at AHS

 

Directions from UT Campus:

  1. Head south on Lamar Blvd through downtown
  2. Take the ramp from Lamar to Cesar Chavez
  3. Arrive at AHS
