As part of the Worship Team at The Austin Stone Community Church, the Students Worship Team Resident will be responsible for leading worship alongside staff worship leaders at all congregations of The Austin Stone, a focused effort on building church-wide Students worship culture and assisting in worship development initiatives at the direction of the Worship Team Manager.
The Worship Team Resident will report to the North Congregation Worship Pastor and the Worship Team Manager.
Worship Team is made up of worship leaders and bands who passionately facilitate worship gatherings so people can connect with the person of Jesus, be attentive to the Holy Spirit, and grow in their affection for and obedience to God.
