This Sunday's worship services are at 9:00am, 11:15am, 5pm and 7pm at Austin High School. Last week Ronnie Smith shared a practical approach to sharing the gospel in everyday conversation.

This week we're continuing that practical note with the first of two weeks on how to grow in your knowledge of God through self-study. Check out Jeremiah 31:31-34 for some helpful background.

Summer Conference is almost here! Join us next Friday and Saturday for a two-day examination of discipleship: why it’s important and how to do it. Discipleship isn’t just a way for Christians to become better people, it’s the plan Jesus gave for building and growing the kingdom of God. This summer leadership opportunity will provide both a theological background and practical tips for building discipleship relationships with both Christian and non-Christian friends.

This summer we're putting on a sports camp at Reagan High School. The goal of Total City Sports Camp is to create a top of the line sports camp experience for high school-aged students by teaching them discipline and skills while creating mentorships that will continue through the next school year.

The camp will run from June 22nd thru August 1st, Monday-Thursday from 5:30-8:00pm each day. We’re looking for help with coaching and also need volunteers for childcare, registration, and to help serve food [more info and volunteer sign up].

The Austin Stone is sending teams all over the world this summer to places like the Dominican Republic, North Africa, and Central Asia.

One team is finishing up their time working in medical clinics in North Africa this week and has posted several updates on our Make Disciples blog. Read their updates and check the blog regularly for updates from other trips.
